       Hi ...   today I brought you our valuable treasure. It is "ANGAMPORA". Some people are saying "ANGAM" also. 

         Angampora 🤺   has very long history which is going  to ancient  kings and kingdoms times. According to the legend, this is goin to "King Rawana's🤴" eara. At about 25 000 years ago from the present. 

   So.. After king Rawana, all of the kings which ruled our land had learnt👩‍🎓 this martial art and they made their own army💂 rich from the angam.  






        Now we are breathing in this land because of they😌  protected our present sacrificing  😔 their everything useing this amazing martial art🤩  . We all owe for our ancestors and this great martial art😌.

 

   There were so many angam fighting schools befor👩‍🏫 , which descended from generation to generation. But after British empire conquered us they prohibited💔😖 our proud angam martial art. 

     The most of people says that the reason for prohibit It is they feared😖   for power😃  of our great ✊ martial art.  



       Angampora is very dangerous 😥 martial art. That means, there are hundreds of ways to kill 😵 a person in a second😳😳  . Beleve me 😌.  



   After they prohibit😔 , there were angam masters which keep the angam schools in secretly most as the dancing 💃🕺 . Eg - bear dance etc.

       



     Because, It is the best way to carry the soul 👻 of angampora without noticing anyone. So we can see parts of angampara in the many of our ancient 😌 dancing styles.

       

   In these times, there were many martial arts came 🏃🏃  to lanka from aborad useing this as a opportunity. Now the new comers who loves the angam has faced a big problem    😵😳💔 . Because all of other martial arts don't say or hide their real identity from new one 😔😔💔💔...

    

We must protect our great ANGAMPORA....
